MARQUINA ORIGINAL is a BRAND born to offer the Horeca channel innovation and new solutions, always focusing on quality and artisanal products, bringing back traditional flavours and enjoying them once again.
This is the result of several years of research and recipe development, in a quest to create products with the flavours and aromas of the traditional bakeries.
For this first launching, we offer our 100% BUTTER CARAMELISED INVERTED PUFF PASTRY, in a totally new concept. We provide SOLUTIONS, not only to bakeries, but also for the elaboration of pastries in restaurants, caterings or hotels.
To achieve this, we use top quality ingredients. We use BUTTER which is handmade every week. We use FLOUR specifically developed for this product, to which we add all the artisanal work of our skilled staff.
Our passion for our work gets reflected in our story, our feelings, our actions and our commitment to quality.
In addition, we develop specific and exclusive products for those clients who need them, providing even more solutions. All our products are served FROZEN, thus increasing their shelf life without losing any properties or quality, ensuring that only what is needed at any given time is used.
